Tatara Systems Acquires Xybec Solutions05/15/2006 - ACTON, MA and VANCOUVER, BC - Tatara Systems, the worldwide leader in mobile services convergence solutions, today announced the acquisition of Xybec Solutions, a privately held Canadian developer of communications software. With a strong track record of delivering wireless WAN client technology to customers such as iPass and Bell Canada, Xybec is widely known for delivering innovative software. The deal, which was completed for an undisclosed sum, will see Xybec’s headquarters in British Columbia become Tatara Vancouver.
